Is there a warranty offered?

There is a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee offered to all end users who register their purchase on our website by following the instructions printed on the packaging of their purchased items.  The guarantee includes a 30-Day Warranty.

Do you offer free returns?

We will cover return costs for any items that are shown to be materially defective, but costs of returns for any other reason will not be covered by Silicone Alley.  If any materially defective items are found within your order, please contact us within 30-Days and email photographic demonstration of the issue at hand as well as the associated order ID.

What materials are used to produce your products?

We utilize stainless steel for or all carving implements and BPA-free professional grade silicone for all silicone items.
